Our Mums & Bubs “CoreFix” course is designed for new mums like you, with a focus on re-discovering your body after birth and bonding with your baby!
Join other new Mums each week for live virtual classes online PLUS recordings of each class so you can repeat it again multiple times.
You'll get comprehensive worksheets and a home exercise program for your abs, glutes, lower back and pelvic floor sent to you after each class.
Suitable from 6 weeks post-birth (or when given the all-clear from you doctor).
Mums are encouraged to connect online, so it's a great way to make new friends and find a supportive community.
You will:
* Rebuild your core strength (abs, back, butt and pelvic floor) in a safe and effective way
* Release tension from your neck and shoulders
* Connect with your baby through infant massage, baby yoga, songs and movement
* Meet with other new mums in a supportive environment
* Relax your body and mind
* Start to tone up and shift baby weight
Frequently Asked Questions
What if my baby cries or needs feeding or settling?
That is perfectly fine and normal! The best part about doing the course virtually is that you can re-do the class at your leisure, so you never miss out!
How many weeks postpartum should I be for this course?
You can start this course 6 weeks postpartum if you had a normal vaginal birth. If you had any complications or a c-section we recommend waiting until 8 weeks.
IMPORTANT: Please check with your doctor about when it is suitable to return to an exercise program - being mindful that you attend class when you feel physically capable.
