Our gym is open seven days a week, with extended opening hours to accommodate even the busiest schedules. We open at 5:30 am on weekdays, allowing you to fit in a workout before work, and close at 10:00 pm from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, we close at 9:00 pm, and on weekends and public holidays, we are open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

With over 200 classes per week, including Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Boxing, Grid Training, and Cycle, you'll never be short on options for your workouts. Our Under 23s membership is specifically designed for those aged under 23, offering unlimited club and class access for just $38. 50 per week. Our Long Termer membership is perfect for those seeking a long-term commitment, with unlimited club and class access for $55 per week.

If you have a specific fitness goal in mind, our Goal Getter membership provides unlimited club and class access for $70 per week.
