Dedicated to the art and discipline of martial arts, Vincent Martial Arts is a training facility located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Led by the experienced and knowledgeable Alanna Jameson, a third-degree black belt in Taekwondo, Muay-Thai, and Brazilian Jui-Jitsu, the school offers top-notch instruction in various martial arts disciplines.

Alanna Jameson's journey in martial arts began at the age of 12, and since then, she has devoted her life to training, competing, and teaching in the do-jang. Under the guidance of Master Guy Vincent, Alanna has had the privilege of learning from world-class instructors such as Grand Master Am Lee, Grand Master Ernie Reyes, and Master Toddy. Additionally, her training at the Gracie Academy in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has provided a strong foundation in ground fighting techniques.

At Vincent Martial Arts, students are introduced to a unique training approach that combines the strengths of Taekwondo, Muay Thai, BJJ, and Israeli Combative's training. This integrated system allows students to develop their skills in a comprehensive and effective manner, enabling them to grow both physically and mentally.
