He has additional qualifications in sports massage therapy, sports, and kinesiology taping and strapping, advanced sports and exercise nutritional advising, and British weightlifting coaching.
With a passion for sports from a young age, participating in various sports such as football, hockey, volleyball, and athletics, Haydn's interest in fitness and sports led him to pursue a career in personal training. Viking Fitness Training was established in 2016, and since then, Haydn has gained extensive experience coaching on the gym floor, leading exercise classes, designing personalised training programmes, and providing online coaching.

With an affordable option for online coaching, clients can have a bespoke plan aligned to their goals and receive nutritional guidance.
