Practise. In this 40-50 minute small group class, participants will focus on building strength through a series of reformer exercises that target muscles throughout the body.
No prior experience is required to join the Strength Reformer class, as the knowledgeable trainers at Victus Soul will guide participants through the movements and provide modifications as needed. However, for those who are new to reformer workouts, it is recommended to attend the foundations class to familiarise oneself with the equipment and techniques.
The HIIT&Run class at Victus Soul is a high-intensity workout that combines running intervals with targeted strength and conditioning exercises. The 40-50-60 minute classes are designed to push participants to their limits using the top-of-the-line woodway 4front treadmills. Running intervals will vary in intensity, incorporating hills, sprints, endurance runs, and sled runs to challenge cardiovascular fitness and build endurance.
In addition to the running intervals, participants will also engage in strength and conditioning exercises on the Fitbench weight benches, targeting various muscle groups to create a well-rounded and balanced workout. At the end of every class, Victus Soul incorporates signature recovery techniques, including breath work and dynamic stretching, to help maximise recovery and minimise the risk of injury.
For those who prefer a more boxing-focused workout, the HIIT&Box class at Victus Soul is the ultimate choice. This 40-50-60 minute class blends boxing intervals on aqua bags with targeted strength and conditioning exercises on the Fitbench weight benches. Participants will have the opportunity to unleash their inner Ali as they throw punches and work on combinations that incorporate leg work, slips, and rolls.

That's why all of their workouts end with a signature recovery session, which focuses on breath work and dynamic stretching to aid in recovery and reduce the risk of injury.
