R. I've taken lessons from Avila for 2 years now. She is an outstanding, experienced, and very personable coach. Her new swim training facility uses state-of-the-art above and underwater video which will allow recreational swimmers to build proper fundamentals, competitive swimmers to fine-tune stroke mechanics.
