During the retreat, attendees can dive into fitness classes like Dancefit, HIIT, stretch sessions, and water aerobics. Prices for the retreat start at £319 per person, with three pricing tiers based on room type. Payment options include full upfront payment or securing a spot with a non-refundable deposit of £100, with the remaining balance due ten weeks before the retreat.
