To ensure the safety of everyone at the swim centre, a set of rules has been established. These rules include supervising children at all times, no running in the centre, no eating or drinking in the pool, using the toilet and washing hands before lessons, no offensive behaviour or bad language, no jumping, diving or bombing into the pool, no glassware allowed, and no smoking inside the centre. These rules are prominently displayed around the centre to remind everyone to abide by them.

The team includes Naomi, a teacher who specialises in preschool, school age, baby, and squad levels; Claire, an office staff member and teacher of preschool, school age, and baby levels; Shane, who teaches preschool, school age, baby levels, and squad; Julie, specialising in preschool and school age levels; Chloe D, a teacher of preschool and school age levels; Tim, who teaches preschool and school age levels; Rhys, specialised in preschool and school age levels; Jess, who teaches preschool and school age levels; Maxine, specialising in preschool, school age, and baby levels; Alison, a teacher of preschool, school age, and baby levels; Andrew, who specialises in preschool and school age levels; and Nicole, a teacher of preschool and school age levels. All the teachers are AUSTSWIM qualified and regularly update their skills by participating in continuous education courses.
