VIBES GYM SHEFFORD is open 24/7, located at Unit 5d, Saint Francis Way, Shefford, Bedfordshire, SG17 5DZ. No matter the time, you’re welcome to drop in for a workout whenever suits you best. Staffed hours are Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm, and weekends from 10am to 4pm. On bank holidays, the gym will still be open, but unstaffed.
Sarah has ensured the gym is stocked with top-notch equipment from brands like Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, Panatta, and Nautilus. Panatta equipment, made 100% in Italy, combines elegance with functionality. The Nautilus Leverage™ line offers a stellar plate-loaded experience with all the trimmings, and Matrix provides powerful yet easy-to-use machines.
For those on specific schedules, off-peak memberships are available during the quieter hours of 9am to 3pm daily.
Personal training services are available for everyone, whether you're a beginner or seasoned athlete. Certified personal trainers are there to guide you with personalised training plans and nutritional advice.
Apart from the gym facilities, Sarah has included a sports nutrition shop and tanning salon for a well-rounded experience. The sports nutrition shop offers various supplements and nutritional products, while the tanning salon helps you maintain a healthy glow all year round.
