VIBES GYM SHEFFORD is open 24/7, located at Unit 5d, Saint Francis Way, Shefford, Bedfordshire, SG17 5DZ. No matter the time, you’re welcome to drop in for a workout whenever suits you best. Staffed hours are Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm, and weekends from 10am to 4pm. On bank holidays, the gym will still be open, but unstaffed.

For those on specific schedules, off-peak memberships are available during the quieter hours of 9am to 3pm daily.
