Vertical Descent, an event organized by Skydive Ramblers Toogoolawah, is all set to thrill participants with static head up and head down flying in medium-sized groups. The focus of the first series will be head-down 6-way jumps, offering 10 slots for eager participants over the span of 2 days.
Participants can look forward to being coached by seasoned professionals to ensure both progression and safety during the jumps. To be a part of this exciting event, participants need to have intermediate skills in head-down flying, master the HD crest technique, and be comfortable flying in a solid 4-way base while being able to adjust to the formation to take a dock.
The event will be led by accomplished coaches, Matt (Maddog) and Dave (Flossy), who will guide the participants through planned dives, briefings, and debriefings. Matt Smith will also be capturing outside camera footage over the weekend to capture those thrilling moments.
Fully supported by SQPC and TSC, the event will be hosted at the famous Skydive Ramblers dropzone in Toogoolawah, Queensland. Thanks to the generous support from the sponsors, registration costs have been kept at $75 for the 2-day event.
