Vert Academy is excited to announce a specialized training program for young female athletes looking to enhance their volleyball performance. The program focuses on improving participants' vertical jump through a combination of strength training, plyometrics, and on-court volleyball sessions.
The program is designed for girls transitioning into the U17 or U18 age group for the upcoming season. Only 16 motivated individuals will have the opportunity to participate and work towards achieving long-term results. Participants will kick off their training with vertical jump testing using a force plate/vertec.
Training sessions will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from July 29th to August 14th. On Mondays, the on-court session will run from 4:30pm to 5:30pm, followed by a strength training session from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Wednesdays will follow the same schedule.
For those interested in committing to the full three months of the program, there is an option available to save on the total price. Please keep in mind that the program will not be prorated, and any changes or cancellations to scheduled sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
