Come join Young Fitness Volleyball Performance' Vert Academy for girls in the U17/U18 age groups at the North Location in Calgary! This program is designed to help you reach new heights in your volleyball game by focusing on maximizing your vertical jump.
Through a combination of strength training, plyometrics, and on-court volleyball sessions, participants will work on increasing power production and enhancing their overall performance. Only 16 dedicated athletes will be accepted into the program to ensure a personalized and advanced training experience for optimal results.
