This program is specifically designed for girls entering U15 or U16 for the 2024-2025 season, focusing on maximizing power production through a combination of strength training, plyometrics, and volleyball sessions.
If you're a dedicated athlete looking to reach new heights, this is the perfect program for you! With only 16 spots available, you'll receive personalized attention and guidance to help you achieve your long-term goals. The program kicks off with vertical jump testing using the force plate/vertec to track your progress.
Join us on Mondays and Wednesdays from July 29th to August 14th for strength training from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm, followed by on-court volleyball sessions from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. To make the most out of your summer training, consider booking the full summer option to save on the total price.
