The Vermont Eagles Football Club, also known as the Vermont FC, is a prominent AFL football club located in Vermont, Australia. The club is dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for youth to participate in Australian Rules Football. With a strong emphasis on community values, the Vermont FC aims to promote the physical and mental development of its players while instilling a sense of respect for officials, opposition players, and supporters.

Established in 1920, the Vermont Junior Football Club has a long history in the community. From its humble beginnings with just one team, the club has grown significantly to encompass 24 teams across all age groups, with over 530 players participating in 2018. The club has also made significant strides in promoting girls' participation in the sport, with the inclusion of three girl teams in the Eastern Region Girls league in 2016, which has now grown to five teams with over 120 girls playing in 2018. This growth has been further supported by the introduction of a Senior Women's team, providing a promising future path for girls playing at Vermont.
The Vermont Juniors have been recognised for their outstanding conduct, having been awarded the Best Conducted Junior Club in the Eastern Football League in 2018. The club enjoys a strong relationship with the Senior Club, with senior players actively involved in mentoring and supporting the juniors through programmes such as the Big Brother Programme and the Under 17. 5 and Under 19 transition programme.
On Saturdays, the Vermont Recreational Reserve comes alive with the vibrant energy and excitement of junior football. With a focus on participation and skill development, the Vermont Eagles Football Club is committed to nurturing the next generation of talented AFL players while fostering a strong bond within the community.
