Our spring training programs and Velocity Spring Hockey League cater to U15, U18, and Prep/Junior levels. With sessions running from early April to late May, players will participate in a two-hour training session each week. The first hour focuses on Velocity Skills clinic encompassing shooting, hockey IQ, passing, stickhandling, skating, and battle/defensive techniques. The second hour features a Velocity Spring Hockey League game where players are divided into teams, given jerseys, and play in a real, refereed 5 on 5 game.

Our training programs cater to players of various skill levels, from AAA to city league players to prep school and junior players. We aim to create smarter and more effective players by providing in-depth training in a variety of skills. Each clinic is designed to be fast-paced, intense, and fun with a specific focus to help players improve in various aspects of their game.
