Our barrier-free facility is open on weekdays from morning to evening, as well as on weekends for your convenience. Whether you're looking to improve your swimming skills, join a gentle fitness class, attend a mom and baby session, participate in aqua fitness classes, or engage in social and community activities, Vecova has something for you.

Registration for our programs is on a first-come, first-serve basis and can be done in person, by phone, or online. Payment is required at the time of registration, with various payment options available. Cancelations and transfers are subject to specific guidelines, ensuring a fair process for all participants.

Vecova's Aquatics, Health, and Fitness has clear facility guidelines in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. This includes restrictions on cellphone and photography use in change rooms, adherence to conduct and attire rules, and parking regulations to avoid fines from the City of Calgary. Lockers are available for day use, with locks for rent at the front desk.

In the event of medical circumstances, Vecova understands the need for flexibility and provides options for refunds or credits for withdrawals due to medical reasons. Participants are required to provide a doctor's note within two weeks of withdrawal notice to qualify for refunds or credits.
