Vaughan Basketball Association is thrilled to present their exciting House League program for boys and girls aged 5-16 in Maple, Canada. The program focuses on honing fundamental basketball skills in a fun and competitive environment, led by dedicated coaches who are committed to enhancing individual abilities and teamwork skills. Players not only improve their basketball game but also develop essential life skills such as discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship that are valuable both on and off the court.
Many participants have found a boost in self-confidence through the program, with some even transitioning to join the Rep Vaughan Panthers Basketball Club teams for further advancement. The 10-week House League season includes playoffs and features games on Saturdays and/or Sundays, with teams carefully organized by age and skill level for an enjoyable and challenging experience. Skills development sessions and scheduled games are held to help players grow in their abilities, fitness, and love for the game, all while emphasizing equal playing time for each participant.
Registration is now open for the upcoming Spring 2024 session, set to kick off on April 6th, 2024. The registration fee is $210 for 5-7-year-olds and $310 for 8-16-year-olds, with a $10 discount available for returning players who already own a Vaughan Basketball reversible jersey.
