Vancity Lion Dance

Vancity Lion Dance is Vancouver's leading Lion and Dragon dance team, offering classes for all ages and abilities. Students have the opportunity to learn both Southern and Northern style lion dance as well as Dragon dance, with training available in both traditional and modern styles. The team also provides customized performances for events across the lower mainland, including banquets, store openings, and various celebrations.

Intermediate and advanced team members have the option to join the competition team, competing in Canada and internationally. The team's promo video showcases their performance at the Vancouver Canucks Lunar New Year celebration at Rogers Arena. Vancity Lion Dance prides itself on quality instruction, with classes focusing on the basics and students of all levels training together to improve and build strong foundations.
