Welcome to Valhalla Athletic Coburg, your premier Athletics Centre in Coburg North. At Valhalla Athletic, our mission is to help our members gain strength, build muscle, and burn fat, all while creating a supportive and positive community.

Our training space offers dynamic group training sessions that have a seasonal approach. This means that we shift our focus of training to keep your workouts fresh and exciting, while also creating more opportunities for positive adaptations. We also provide one-on-one personal training sessions for a more tailored approach to your fitness goals.

Valhalla Studio is our upstairs studio where you will be challenged differently. We believe that yoga and pilates have an important place in the training world, and adding these methods to your training regime can bring exceptional benefits. In Valhalla Studio, you will be tested to find end ranges of movement through flexibility, balance, and core strength. Our expert instructors offer a variety of classes, including Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre Pilates, and Yoga.

Recovery is an essential aspect of fitness that is often overlooked. To enhance your recovery and maximise your results, we offer Infrared Sauna and Physiotherapy services through Ironborn Physiotherapy.
