Vale Gymnastics is a well-established gymnastics academy located in the heart of Llantwit Major, New Zealand. With a strong focus on fun, friendship, and skill development, our club aims to provide professional gymnastic lessons that cater to both children and adults.
Originally operating out of community centres in the Vale of Glamorgan, Vale Gymnastics quickly grew in membership, leading us to acquire a permanent facility in Llantwit Major. Our dedicated team of experienced coaches are committed to creating a positive and nurturing environment where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential.
At Vale Gymnastics, we offer a range of classes to cater to different age groups and skill levels. For children aged between 18 months and reception age, our Pre-School classes provide a fantastic opportunity to introduce them to the world of gymnastics. These classes focus on developing foundational movement patterns, strength, flexibility, and coordination in a fun-filled and safe environment.
For primary school children from reception to year 6, our Primary School classes are designed to build on the fundamental skills learned in the Pre-School classes. These classes further develop gymnastic techniques and introduce more advanced movements and routines.
For those looking to pursue gymnastics at a more competitive level, our Squads, and Secondary School classes, operated by NTG Gymnastics Ltd, provide specialised training and support. These classes cater to intermediate and advanced gymnasts who are committed to honing their skills and participating in competitions.
In addition to our regular classes, Vale Gymnastics offers a range of other services. We host fun and engaging Gymnastics Camps during school holidays, giving children the opportunity to further develop their skills and interact with other young gymnasts. We also offer birthday party packages, where kids can celebrate their special day in a gymnastics-themed party filled with exciting activities and games.
As a club, we also take pride in recognising and celebrating the achievements of our gymnasts. Our awards scheme acknowledges and rewards progress in skills and dedication, providing motivation and encouragement for all members.
