Uxbridge Karate Club, run by Chief Instructor Norman Benn, 1st Dan, offers traditional Karate training right here in Uxbridge. At the club, you'll dive into three main areas: Kihon (Basics), Kata (Form), and Kumite (Sparring and Fighting). Through regular practice, you'll build your skills and confidence, all while your progress is tracked through check-ins and grading exams by senior instructors from the Shotokan of England Karate Union (SEKU).
The club welcomes everyone, from children as young as 6 to adults of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or returning to Karate, you'll find a supportive community. There's even a Free First Lesson for anyone wanting to give it a go.
Family involvement is encouraged, with special discounts for families of four or more. Training together can help parents and kids bond and develop life skills away from screens. Plus, members enjoy monthly discounts through standing order payments.
