Karate classes are on Mondays to Thursdays, so plenty of chances to hone your skills. The coaches are top-notch and will help you progress at your own pace. Plus, with regular gradings, there’s always a goal to aim for.

Got a birthday coming up? Utopia does awesome kids’ parties. Whatever your theme – weapons, karate, games, or flips – they’ve got you covered. Your little one picks the activities, making it a day to remember.

If flips and tricks are your thing, the Flips programme is ideal. With matted areas and airpads, you can safely practise all sorts of moves. Megan, Lauren, and Alicia will guide you every step of the way.

Prefer one-to-one lessons? Lauren’s brilliant at fitness training, and the others offer personalised karate sessions too. Perfect if you want some dedicated attention on specific skills.

Parents love the Totopia classes for the little ones, and the feedback’s fantastic. The martial arts sessions, whether for kids or adults, come highly recommended. Lauren’s boxercise classes also get a big thumbs up for being energetic and effective.
