Welcome to the United Shotokan Karate Association (USKA), established in February 2005 with the mission of promoting the Shotokan style of karate. Over the years, USKA has grown and flourished, providing top-notch training not only in Shotokan karate but also in various other martial arts styles recognized and registered by the State Government of India.
At USKA, students receive training from highly experienced instructors who are dedicated to nurturing the skills and spirit of each practitioner. The club takes pride in being affiliated with renowned bodies such as the World Karate Federation (WKF), Karate India Organization, and multiple international and national martial arts associations. This wide range of affiliations ensures comprehensive training and opportunities for students to compete at various levels.
USKA's vibrant community boasts 16 branches across the region, making it accessible to a broad audience. The club’s founder and president, Renshi Dr. Mandar Panvelkar, along with a team of accomplished instructors, including Shihan Ravindra R. Mhatre and Shihan Vinit V. Sathye, ensure that all members receive the highest standard of martial arts education. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced student, there's a place for you in the USKA family.
Beyond karate, the association offers training in diverse martial arts styles such as Goshin-Ryu, Benu-Ryu, Okinawa-Ryu, and Shito-ryu. Affiliations also extend to disciplines like kickboxing, judo, thang-ta, and belt-wrestling, all of which are recognized by the Government of India and other esteemed sports bodies.
