The classes are designed to help you build strength and flexibility gradually, under the guidance of experienced instructors. With a strict ratio of two people per apparatus, everyone gets ample training time and personalised attention.
The classes cover a variety of tricks, combos, and routines. You'll learn to manoeuvre around the hoop or pole, executing acrobatic tricks, strength moves, dance flows, and elegant spins. For hoop sessions, sportswear or leggings are recommended to avoid burns, while pole sessions favour shorts for grip. Just remember to skip the moisturiser before class to avoid slipping.
New and hesitant participants are welcomed warmly, as most are likely to feel the same initial jitters. Urban Aerial's lessons cater to individuals over 16 of all shapes, sizes, and ages, allowing everyone to progress at their own pace. The goal is to surprise you with how much you can achieve by the end of the course.
