Upper Hutt Rembuden Karate is an independent Okinawan Goju-Ryu school of traditional karate in Upper Hutt. It focuses on traditional Karate techniques and the full Goju-Ryu framework, including kata (prearranged forms), bunkai self-defence applications, and kumite free sparring. Training is offered across novice to senior grade levels, with supplementary karate fitness (Hojo Undo) and weapons training such as bo, jo, and sai.
