Uphill Castle Cricket Club

In addition to the Saturday teams, Uphill Castle Cricket Club has recently introduced the Castle Thunder, their Sunday XI. Castle Thunder has joined the Somerset T20 league, bringing an exciting and fast-paced form of cricket to the club.

One of the club's strengths lies in its thriving Junior section, catering to young cricketers aged from U11 to U17. Uphill Castle Cricket Club's junior teams actively participate in the North Somerset Youth Leagues, providing a platform for young players to develop their skills and enhance their passion for the sport.

In 2015, Uphill Castle Cricket Club was awarded the first ECB Under 19's club of the year, reflecting their commitment to nurturing young talent. Furthermore, the club celebrated its 125th Anniversary in 2018, highlighting their rich history and longstanding presence in the cricketing community.
