Upgrade Pilates

Upgrade Pilates teaches Contrology, Joseph Pilates' original Pilates method, in an intimate small-group setting in Redwood Valley. It is aimed at people who want to build flexibility, strength and body awareness as they age, and those who prefer more personalised instructor attention on traditional apparatus and mat work. Sessions are available in-studio and through a hybrid set-up that includes online practice anywhere.
