With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Nathan began his coaching career at the age of 17. Initially exploring various training styles such as boxing for fitness, beach bootcamp sessions, and functional fitness training, Nathan's passion for improving people's health and seeing the positive impact on their confidence and comfort with their bodies led him to specialise in physical transformation.
Motivated by a thirst for knowledge, Nathan actively pursued further education, seeking out coaches, courses, and studies to enhance his understanding and deliver the best possible service to his clients. He also ventured into the sport of bodybuilding and physique competitions, gaining valuable insights into achieving a well-developed and balanced physique with low body fat levels. However, he soon realised that his true motivation lay in helping individuals feel confident and comfortable rather than winning trophies.

Whether they are mums, dads, office workers, or tradies, he helps them take control of their training and nutrition to reach their health and fitness goals. Nathan has obtained various qualifications throughout his career, including certifications as a sports nutrition specialist from the International Society of Sports Nutrition and Nutrition for Exercise and Sports from Sports Dieticians Australia. He has also completed courses in exercise nutrition, mechanics of lifting, life coaching, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). These qualifications demonstrate his commitment to continuously expanding his expertise and offering the best possible support to his clients.
In addition to his qualifications, Nathan has achieved notable success in bodybuilding competitions. He secured first-place titles in the NABBA South Pacific Championships for Junior Bodybuilder in 2013 and Men's Class 1 Bodybuilder in 2014. He also achieved second place in Junior Bodybuilder at the IFBB Western Australia Championships in 2015 and sixth place in International Novice Bodybuilder at the IFBB Arnold Classic Australia in the same year.
