UnLeesh Kickboxing in Edmonton is where ladies come to kick butt and have fun! Led by Elisha Krochak, with 25+ years in karate and kickboxing, this isn't your average fitness class. Elisha teaches everything from basic punches and kicks to advanced moves, ensuring everyone gets a great workout using gloves, Thai pads, focus mitts, and more. 🥊
It's not just about learning to kick and punch; it's about making friends and blasting away your daily stresses. Elisha's classes blend high-energy drills with a supportive vibe, pushing everyone to grow both in the sport and personally. You'll leave each class sweaty and feeling like a champ. 💪
Classes run every Tuesday at Holy Spirit Lutheran Church. Open to anyone 18+, but if you're under 18, just reach out to discuss options. Due to COVID-19, you need to bring your own gloves or rent a pair for a small fee.
Secure your spot by noon on the day of the session and make sure to e-transfer your payment at least an hour before the first class. If not enough people sign up, the session gets cancelled, so tell your friends and make it happen!
