At Unity Studios Mount Eden, Caitlin and Sophie bring over 20 years of combined expertise in Pilates and pelvic health physiotherapy to create a supportive space in Auckland. They offer personalised exercise classes and physio sessions to help you stay injury-free, get back into sports, move without pain, or regain control over bladder and bowel function.
Join them for Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Clinical Pilates, and Yoga, as well as pre and postnatal strength training. Their team of physios, Pilates instructors, and yoga teachers are all highly qualified and ready to help you reach your fitness and health goals.
Unity Studios has two convenient Auckland locations: Mount Eden at 1a Rocklands Avenue, Balmoral (09 550 6666) and Northcote at 29C Woodside Avenue, Northcote (09 320 4727). Open Monday to Friday from 6am to 8pm and Saturdays from 8am to 12pm, sessions can be easily booked online.
