Designed to improve your strength, endurance, and overall fitness level, MMA FIT does not involve live training, making it suitable for those who may not be interested in full-contact sparring.

We offer flexible training hours, Monday to Friday from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, ensuring that you can find a time that suits your schedule.
