Programme, the Junior Foundation Programme focuses on introducing new skills and topics that will challenge our 4 and 5-year-old players. Our aim is to prepare them for our Foundation Programme, while also ensuring they have a fun and enjoyable experience on the field.

AGES 6+ YEARS Recreation Pathway Our Recreation Sessions (Co-Ed) At United Dragons, we believe in developing all children through a player-centred, fun, and holistic style of coaching. Our Recreational Pathway is designed to provide a positive environment where players can develop their football skills, socialise with their peers, and grow in confidence. We focus on age-appropriate training sessions that are engaging and enjoyable for everyone involved.

UD Girls' Team Get involved and join over 150 girls who are training and competing each week at United Dragons FC. Our Girls' Team is a vibrant and inclusive community where girls can develop their football skills, build friendships, and compete in a supportive environment. We provide opportunities for girls of all ages and skill levels to participate and excel in the game they love.

Little Dragons Programme Our ever-popular Preschool Football Programme is specially designed for 2 and 3-year-olds. We understand the importance of starting early when it comes to developing a love for the game. Our Little Dragons Programme focuses on introducing basic football skills in a fun and engaging way that is suitable for young children. It's a great way to get your little ones active and involved in a sport they will enjoy for years to come.
