Welcome to Unit 4 CrossFit Preston, Preston's only CrossFit Affiliate located in the heart of the city. Our gym is dedicated to the health, fitness, and wellbeing of our members. No matter your current fitness levels, age, or ability, our classes are designed for everyone. Our experienced coaches are always on hand to provide guidance and support.

Curious about CrossFit? It's a constantly varied, high-intensity workout that incorporates functional movements. Our unique programme combines Olympic Weightlifting, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Gymnastics, biking, rowing, and running. Every class is led by our highly skilled CrossFit Preston Coaches.

And don't forget the supportive community that comes along with it!

At Unit 4 CrossFit Preston, we offer SWEAT classes lasting 30, 45, and 60 minutes. These classes are designed to get your heart pumping and make you break a sweat! SWEAT incorporates bodyweight exercises, light weights, and cardiovascular exercises. It's a simple conditioning class that delivers sweaty results without complex technical movements or heavy weights.

Looking to improve your weightlifting techniques? Join our Olympic Lifting speciality class. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced lifter, our coaches will guide you in improving your Snatch and Clean and Jerk technique.
