Unison Fitness

Unison Fitness in Poole runs functional fitness training for people from beginners to advanced athletes. The gym focuses on workouts with a clear purpose, blending structure and variety across different movement types such as lifting, jumping, sprinting and recovery. Sessions are programmed by the owner and head coach, Nick Rouse, with 21 years of coaching experience. It is also positioned as a training community that works together and supports each other during group training.
