We also provide personal training sessions for those who prefer one-on-one attention. Our boxing and kickboxing classes, for both adults and kids, are perfect for those looking to learn a new skill while improving their fitness and self-confidence.
Our team of trainers are highly experienced and passionate about what they do. Matt Simms, the founder of Unique Gym, has been competing for 23 years and has 10 years of coaching experience. Lewis Lee has been in the fitness industry since 2014, and Gabrielle Lewis has been teaching yoga since 2014. With their expertise, you can trust that you're in good hands.
