Becky, a seasoned freestyle dancer, kickstarted Unique Academy of Dance in 2014. Since its inception, she’s been a driving force, teaching and motivating young dancers in a supportive environment. With over a decade of dance experience, Alice joined the team in 2016, adding her expertise in freestyle, street, and contemporary dance. Her classes are known for their personalised touch and creative flair.

Unique Academy of Dance offers a packed timetable of classes for kids aged 3 and up, divided into age groups: 3-6, 7-9, and 10+. They focus on an array of styles from freestyle and slow dance to street/commercial, acro, rock & roll, musical theatre, show dance, and contemporary. Private lessons and technique classes are also available.

The freestyle competition squad competes monthly across the UK, honing their skills and showcasing their talents on stage. Students benefit from specialised training and the experience gained in these competitive settings.

Twice a year, the academy lights up Grimsby Auditorium with performances that highlight the students' progress. They also offer IDTA exams in freestyle, street, and rock & roll, giving dancers the chance to earn accredited recognition.
