My approach to personal training is rooted in fat positivity, anti-racism, LGBTQIAP+ inclusion, and disability inclusivity. I believe that fitness should be accessible to all, regardless of gender, body size, or ability.
If you're looking for a personal trainer who can help you reach your goals in a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere, you've come to the right place. I offer 1-on-1 personal training sessions at The Club Edinburgh in Leith. These sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals, with a focus on making exercise enjoyable and engaging.
In addition to personal training, I also offer online coaching and regular classes, including Misfits, a class specifically designed for the trans (including non-binary) and intersex community. This class provides a space where individuals can develop a positive relationship with their bodies in a supportive and inclusive environment.
As a qualified personal trainer with extensive experience, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, including those recovering from below-the-knee amputations, cancer and gender mastectomy recovery, people with neuromuscular disorders, and hypermobile clients. I also specialise in functional strength training, gender-affirming muscle development, and conditioning for endurance athletes. If you prefer to train from home, I can provide guidance on at-home strength and high-intensity training.
