Southwest-Oakridge Optimist Soccer is thrilled to announce the upcoming Oakridge Location House League Under 10 Girls Division for the 2024 season. This division is perfect for girls born in 2014 and 2015 who are eager to hit the field and show off their soccer skills.
Teams will enjoy playing at various locations including West Oaks Public School, Greenway Park, Southwest Optimist, and Reservoir Park. The division focuses on creating balanced teams to ensure an exciting and fair competition for all players involved. Games will be played on mini-fields with convenors managing scores and standings to keep things running smoothly.
Tuesday nights will be game nights, with Thursday practices to help players sharpen their skills. The season kicks off the week of May 6, 2024, with the first official games starting on May 13, 2024. The season will wrap up with an end-of-season tournament on August 10, 2024, where players can showcase their progress and compete for glory.
Registration for the Oakridge Location House League Under 10 Girls Division costs $135, which includes a jersey, shorts, socks, and a size 4 ball for each player. Coaches will be in touch with registered players between late April and early May to provide further information and get everyone geared up for an exciting season of soccer.
