She is fully trained in the STOTT method of Studio Pilates, Yogalates, and is a certified Personal Training Exercise Specialist. With her extensive experience, Christine is able to provide individualised and high-quality instruction to her clients. She designs and delivers health and wellbeing exercise programmes for the corporate sector in Sydney and also hosts active-lifestyle wellness retreats locally and overseas.
