Marc Smith, the Chief Instructor and founder, has built this school with dedication and over 16 years of expertise, attracting over 150 students each week. Marc welcomes all - regardless of age, faith, gender, or fitness level - into a community that also includes the Ultra Juniors programme for children.

Krav Maga, meaning “Contact Combat” in Hebrew, forms the foundation of the training, incorporating techniques from Boxing, Muay Thai, Wing Chun, Judo, Jujutsu, Wrestling, and Grappling. Despite not being a traditional martial art, Krav Maga values and respects all forms of self-defence, teaching students how to handle violent threats and attacks, even those involving weapons.
