The club offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) classes for all abilities and styles, welcoming men, women, and children to join their friendly and supportive community. The classes are taught by a qualified IBJJF registered 1st degree Black Belt instructor, who trains weekly with his Brazilian professor.

The instructor is also a Black Belt in Thai boxing/traditional Jiu Jitsu and is qualified in Advanced Sports Exercise Nutrition & First Aid. Additionally, the instructor is DBS checked, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participants. The club is registered with the UKBJJA, further validating its commitment to maintaining high standards in training and instruction. The club operates in two locations, namely Chandlers Ford and Winchester, providing convenience to students.

The classes offer the opportunity for participants to train both with the gi and no-gi, catering to different preferences and styles. The club emphasises the importance of instructors having liability insurance and registration, ensuring that students are covered during their training as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a contact sport. Ultimate BJJ offers four classes to choose from, providing a variety of options for students to boost their training. The classes are open to individuals of all abilities, shapes, and sizes, fostering an inclusive and diverse training environment.

The club prides itself on its friendly atmosphere, where men, women, and tough teenagers can come together to train and learn. The venues for the classes feature dedicated mat spaces, allowing the club to split the class if necessary and providing a comfortable and functional training environment. About Instructor Graham, the instructor at Ultimate BJJ, is a highly experienced martial artist with over 30 years of experience.

He holds a 1st degree BJJ Black Belt and has been training under a 4th degree Brazilian instructor and IBJJF Referee on a weekly basis. Graham has also competed at a European level in BJJ and has a full lineage to Mitsuyo Maeda and IBJJF. In addition to his expertise in BJJ, Graham has achieved success in other martial arts disciplines. He is a British Champion in Eskrima (stick), a former BAMMA British Champion in the lightweight division, and has competed and instructed in Thai Boxing.

Graham has also trained in Jeet Kune Do. With his wealth of knowledge and experience, Graham is dedicated to providing high-quality instruction and guidance to all his students at Ultimate BJJ.
