Welcome to UFIT AQUA, Charlottetown's leading fitness centre and gym facility. Our facility offers a wide range of recreational activities, including a monthly free swim sponsored by The Charlottetown Y Service Club. Thanks to their generous donation, we are able to offer these public free swims monthly until June 2024. Be sure to cheque our pool schedule or call the Control Desk at 902-569-4584 for dates, times, and regulations.
In addition to our free swims, we also offer a variety of aquafit classes for all fitness levels. Our aquatic schedules are designed to provide family fun all year long. Please note that our pool will be closed from September 5th to 12th, 2022, and will reopen on September 13th. The Bell Aliant Centre Pool and MacLauchlan Arenas will also have scheduled closures, so be sure to cheque our arena schedules for more details.
For those looking for ice skating opportunities, MacLauchlan Arena has 2 ice surfaces available for public skates. Join us for regular public skates scheduled Monday to Thursday, with schedule variations for holidays or events. Our arena events provide a fun and active environment for all ages.

We also offer reduced rates for school and non-profit groups when booked at least a week in advance.
Our admission and pass prices are inclusive of 15% HST, with various options available for single visits, aquafit classes, lane swims, and more. We also offer membership pricing for those looking for a more long-term commitment to their fitness goals. UPEI students can access the pools during open swim times, and residents of Prince Edward Island may be eligible for a free membership under the Gold Club program.
UFIT AQUA also offers day camps with swimming lessons, catering to all ages and skill levels. Our swimming lesson levels and camps provide a fun and educational experience for participants. Additionally, Maclauchlan Arenas are proud to host the 2023 Canada Winter Games, featuring Ringette as well as Men's and Women's hockey events.
