The U14 SCUP Alpine Ski Racing Program at Chicopee is the perfect opportunity for young athletes looking to take their skiing skills to the next level. With 4 races lined up in the Southern Ontario Division, participants will have plenty of chances to showcase their abilities on the slopes. Each race day promises around 6 hours of thrilling competition, making for an action-packed season.
To participate in the program, athletes will need to gear up with slalom and giant slalom skis, along with back protectors for speed events. Gate clearance in slalom events will also require specific gear, so make sure you come prepared. Being a Chicopee Member for the race season is a must, as is wearing a hard-eared helmet with an FIS label during races to ensure safety on the slopes.
