To stay on top of their game, the team diligently trains throughout the year. During the summer months, their training sessions take place on the lush green grass at Lower Way, every Friday from 6 to 7pm. From October to March, they move their training to the floodlit Astro at Henwick Worthy sports ground, ensuring they are primed for success even in the colder months.
