Led by the passionate and experienced instructor, Jenni Barr, Twirl Fit aims to help students build core strength, agility, and flexibility from the very first class. Each level at Twirl Fit introduces new routines and moves, allowing students to progress and improve their cardio fitness while having fun.
Jenni Barr, the founder of Twirl Fit, fell in love with the art of pole several years ago and has made it her passion. She is also trained in Aerial Hoop and continuously undergoes teacher training to provide the best instruction to her students. With certifications in OCR exercise to music, anatomy and physiology, Certified First Aider, flexibility, Pilates Diploma, and ongoing teacher training, Jenni ensures that Twirl Fit provides a safe and effective workout environment.
At Twirl Fit, there are different classes available for students of all levels. The Beginners class is tailored for those who are new to Aerial Hoop, where they will learn the basics of mounting, dismounting, basic moves, and strengthening exercises. They will also build a new Hoop routine each course, enhancing their flexibility and building core strength.
The Intermediate class at Twirl Fit focuses on dynamic movements and introduces students to static and dynamic spotting techniques. This level prepares students for the advanced level and teaches them new skills, moves, and techniques to further progress in their fitness journey.
For those who are proficient in Intermediate Aerial Hoop moves and ready to advance, the Advanced class helps students perfect their intermediate skills and learn techniques necessary for the next level. This class is personalised to the strength levels of the students, allowing them to build the necessary strength and confidence to move onto the next level.

Twirl Fit also offers Pole Practise sessions, which allow students to practise what they have learned in class. These sessions are supervised by a fully qualified instructor who provides guidance on technique and spotting. Pole Practise sessions are exclusive to Twirl Fit pole students.
For pricing details, Twirl Fit offers an 8-week pole course for beginners, intermediate, advanced, and elite levels. There is also a pole taster session available for those who want to try it out. A 4-week aerial hoop course is also offered for beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels. Prices for all courses can be found on the website.
