Matt is a dedicated and knowledgeable coach who focuses on proper technique and form. He believes in helping individuals build a solid foundation and progress safely towards their goals. Tim is a highly experienced coach who has been involved in the fitness industry for many years. He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise and is dedicated to helping individuals improve their fitness and achieve their goals. His favourite movement is the handstand walk. Qualifications: Certificate III & IV in Fitness, Level 1 CrossFit Certified, First Aid Certified, WWCC.
