The sessions at Turn Up and Play Football are organised by dedicated Football Leaders. These leaders take care of setting up the pitches, ensuring everything runs on time, and making sure that all players follow the club's Code of Conduct. They are responsible for creating a friendly and inclusive environment where everyone can have a great time.
To make the matches more manageable, the Football Leaders divide the players into 7/8 a side teams. The number and duration of the matches vary depending on the number of players attending. The expectation from all players is to take on the responsibility of refereeing the matches themselves, showing respect and sportsmanship to each other throughout.
