At TT Fitness Hub, we offer a range of classes to cater to different preferences and goals. One of our popular classes is Tabata, which is the ultimate full body workout in just 30 minutes. This high-intensity interval training class combines short bursts of intense exercise with rest periods to maximise calorie burn and improve cardiovascular fitness. It's suitable for all abilities and a great way to push yourself without taking up too much time.
For the ladies, we have a Legs, Bums, and Tums class that focuses on engaging and isolating the glutes and quads to improve lower body strength and build muscle. Led by our dedicated instructor Alice, this class is designed to help you sculpt and tone your lower body.
If you're interested in Olympic lifting, we also offer classes that break down the big lifts in a way that's easy to learn and fun to do. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced lifter, our instructor Rhys will guide you through the movements and help you improve your technique.
Our gym is fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment that is constantly being updated. We pride ourselves on providing a wide variety of equipment to suit all fitness needs and preferences. From cardio machines and weights to functional training equipment, you'll find everything you require for a challenging and effective workout.
