Grandmaster Michael Tse welcomes the sports community to explore the offerings at the Tse Qigong Centre in Central London. Since its establishment in 1990, the centre has been dedicated to providing instruction in traditional Chinese Qigong and Kung Fu.
Grandmaster Tse, a respected figure in the realm of Chinese martial arts, founded the Michael Tse Wing Chun Kuen Association and the Michael Tse Chen Style Taijiquan Association. His commitment to spreading these arts is evident through the detailed training offered at the centre.
The centre hosts in-person classes in London as well as online sessions via Zoom. The curriculum covers five key disciplines: Wild Goose (Dayan) Qigong, Wing Chun Kung Fu, Chun Yuen Quan, Hard Qigong, and Chen Taijiquan. These courses offer comprehensive insight into Chinese martial arts.
Wild Goose Qigong focuses on health improvement through movement, relaxation, and meditation. Wing Chun Kung Fu teaches practical self-defence by leveraging skill and technique. Chun Yuen Quan, a form of Northern Shaolin Kung Fu, enhances fitness and coordination. Chen Taijiquan, an internal martial art, promotes health and uses spiral energy for defence. Hard Qigong builds strength and health through the development of powerful Qi.
Outside regular classes, the centre supports further learning through a range of books and DVDs. Grandmaster Tse also shares his extensive knowledge through weekly articles available on his website, offering valuable insights into Qigong, Wing Chun, and Chen Taijiquan.
The Tse Qigong Centre maintains an online store featuring books, DVDs, and official merchandise. Membership options are available for those wishing to become part of this community.
Michael Tse invites everyone interested in martial arts to join and experience the benefits of these traditional practices, enhancing both health and self-defence skills.
