Try Time Kids Rugby Richmond is excited to promote an upcoming Rugby Union event for interested players!
If you have a child between the ages of 2 and 7 who loves being active and having fun, then Try Time Kids Rugby is the perfect club for them. We offer outdoor rugby sessions for both girls and boys, giving them the opportunity to learn and play the game in a safe and supportive environment.
For those who are new to rugby, we offer trial sessions, so your child can try it out before committing to the term. These sessions last for one hour, with a break in the middle for a drink and snack. Rain or shine, we believe in giving the kids fresh air and space to run, so we play outdoors regardless of the weather.
To ensure your child is dressed appropriately, we provide a Try Time branded rugby shirt and shorts for participants to wear. When the ground is wet, we recommend studded boots for added grip and safety. In the winter months, gloves, hats, and warm socks are necessary to keep everyone comfortable.
Please note that parents or carers are responsible for their children at all times during the sessions, as we take place in open parks. However, parents and carers are more than welcome to join in and provide support and guidance to their little ones.
At Try Time Kids Rugby, we operate all year round, following the school terms. We only offer term bookings, so please keep that in mind when signing up. Missed sessions cannot be accommodated, but we do allow freezing sessions for credit towards a booking in a different term. Additionally, if space is available, participants are welcome to switch between different venues or classes.
